Located in the diverse icon park tapa Toro bring a taste of spain to the international

Chris got the pork belly Benedict, crispy duroc pork belly thats juicy under that
crisp exterior, over braised greens and a bagel topped with a great tasting tomato
hollandaise sauce and a hot honey glaze.

Sean got the lamb hash which is great if you like lamb. Not an incredibly overpowering
lamb flavor it's actually really nice and it's crispy which was a new texture for my lamb
experience. With a mixed potato has and some salsa verde topped with some really
perfect grilled chiles padrones. Pork belly runs $13 and the lamb hash $15 which is
great for idrive brunch items. Wash that down with a mimosa or red sangria to get the
buzz going and start that Sunday funday right!
